The Butterfly Foundation was created to be a liaison for high school students who have been diagnosed with physical, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities for the workforce by providing training, mentorship, guidance and career services. We do this through interview preparation, on the job training and preparation for things our kids will be experiencing while on the job. We believe that our teens have a great chance at being successful with the right services and job opportunities provided while they are in high school and as they transition into the workforce.
